RESIDENTIAL - For "Owner" properties MFR's funding is designed to facilitate renovations & rehab and prepare the property for sale.

  • Single Family Residences
  • $50,000 - $100,000 funding
  • Up to 50% loan based on after-completed current market value

COMMERCIAL or INDUSTRIAL - For "Owner" properties MFR's funding is designed to increase the property's income-producing or sale value

  • $50,000 - $100,000 funding
  • Up to 50% loan based on after-completed current market value
  • Assured source of repayment

Work-in-Process and specific Project-related Overhead Expenses are available.

Properties are located in Southern California.

Up to one year terms.

All costs of processing & closing, as well as fees, can be included in funding package.

Usual appraisal, disclosure, escrow, title and insurance policy requirements will apply.
